The restaurant is run by Stella & Gísli, a mother-son duo who have developed their menu so guests can taste locally sourced items from neighboring farms as well as their own. Choose from the popular Arctic char, salmon, trout, lamb or the vegetarian options. Afterwards take a peek into their dreamlike greenhouse which is like no other.
