FÆÐA | FOOD was first published in 2016, by the independent magazine based in Reykjavík, I bodi natturunnar (By nature) – a green lifestyle publication that comes out three times a year and has done so for the last nine years. Each year the teem plants one tree for every magazine subscriber, giving back to nature. FÆÐA | FOOD is printed in an eco-labeled printing company on a sustainable high quality paper.
Each issue (140 pages) has it´s unique approach guided by a guest editor. It features a range of interviews, stories, guide´s and recipes central to Icelandic food culture and unique environment.
