FÆÐA | FOOD is a magazine-meets book about Icelandic cuisine, people and culture. Bilingual magazine with an artistic feel and slow food ideology it conveys the evolution in fine dining mixed with unique and not too serious approach to food. Being published annually with a high-quality design and photography, FÆÐA | FOOD will easily be the “food lover’s” collector’s item.
FÆÐA | FOOD was first published in 2016, by the independent magazine based in Reykjavík, I bodi natturunnar (By nature) – a green lifestyle publication that comes out three times a year and has done so for ten years. Each year the team plants one tree for every magazine subscriber, giving back to nature.
FÆÐA | FOOD is printed in an eco-labeled printing company on a sustainable high quality paper.
FÆÐA | FOOD features a range of interviews, stories, guide’s and recipes central to Icelandic food culture and unique environment. Each issue (140 pages) has it’s unique approach guided by a guest editor.
