Farmers bistro
“We serve what we grow” is the motto of this lovely slow-food bistro located at Iceland’s only mushroom farm. A family affair founded to offer food from the region, it focuses on the farm’s very own mushrooms, bell peppers, and other vegetables and herbs, all organically grown and handpicked in nearby geothermal greenhouses.
